MENTOR AND MOTIVATION SPEAKER

Throughout my life, I believed that mentors and motivational speakers are just idle people who keep on talking all the time. What do they know? Why would they care about my miser life? I got the answers when I became one myself. Sometimes I imagine how comfortable it would have been for me if I had a mentor to talk to, a life coach to guide me and support me through all my miseries. I want nobody to experience the same hardships that I have had in my life.  That is the biggest motivation behind becoming a mentor and motivational speaker for me in the first place.

I am a mother, wife, mentor, and motivational speaker. I’m where I am today because of my family and the hard work that I put in. Now, I’m confident about my self, there was a time when I hesitated to acknowledge my success in front of others. This was mainly as a result of how most women are trained to avoid recognizing themselves. Instead, they are supposed to be humble in favor of feminine social, cultural, and traditional values. Therefore, they do not want to take a step in sharing their skills and achievements. The good news is that women are changing their mindset. Now they have become more confident and appreciate their input and expertise.

ACTIVE COMMUNICATION

I step out of my comfort zone every day to familiarize myself with others and start a relationship. Networking outside my personal life helps me gain new opportunities.

Active communication has also helped me find many people who make up my support group. I have spent many years believing that reaching out to people for help when I feel something difficult shows my weakness. But now, I am no longer afraid to seek help, support, or guidance.

From my experience in hospitality and mentorship, I have developed a large network of contacts who also became my close friends. I have proven that I am a reliable and hardworking person. Therefore, I believe that people trust me and come to me and ask for guidance and advice.

BALANCING WORK AND FAMILY LIFE

Achieving the perfect balance between work-life and family has become a challenge for both men and women. But women are sometimes told that they cannot have it all.

Since I work with different people all over the world, I have to manage time zone differences. It doesn’t mean that I work late nights and leave little room for other important things in my life. But with the help of the right mindset and time management skills, I can balance my family life and work. I do all of my tasks and do one job at a time to ensure optimal performance.

I believe that it is important to balance your life with other things you need and love. I balance my life with activities like playing with my child and spending time with my family. It helps me clear my mind, relax, enjoy, and give me time to reflect on my work. This is where I find ideas on how to solve my daily tasks, as well as motives for my future goals and plans.

DEALING WITH FEAR OF FAILURE

Fear of failure is a concern for all motivational speakers and mentors. But women are more afraid of failure, especially when she has a stable position in society with a large salary, good benefits, and respectable socio-economic status.

For me, fear means facing everything. Failure is, to some extent, inevitable in any work. But this should not be viewed as negative. With this kind of thinking, there is nothing to be afraid of. The fear of failure made me challenge myself and do more. We must never let fear hold us back. I just believe in myself, write down your goals, visualize your growth, and work towards it.Take this anchor off your feet and fly!

 MOTIVATION SPEAKER

The essence of my public speaking is to teach people to live “right.” This “right” means two main components:

Achieve self-realization and personal growth. It is around self-development and growth that most speeches and philosophies revolve.

At the same time, each speaker has his own approach to understanding the criteria for this growth and methods of achievement, but everyone including me agrees that the main goal of a person in life is continuous development.

Learn to enjoy life and get pleasure from it. I guide people how to relate to life and how to “take everything from it”.

NEVER LISTEN TO THE INNER VOICE OF CRITICISM

I killed my inner criticism in the bud and removed the voices of doubt and anxiety in my head. I decided to focus my attention on positive feedback and constructive criticism, albeit small at times.

Having a moral core helps you control your mind and not let your mind control you. The most important thing is to learn how to manage your emotions in talking to yourself and use the right (positive) words while controlling your thoughts.

NEVER WAIT FOR PERFECT CIRCUMSTANCE

I forget about perfect work or ideal circumstances before you take a dash. The easiest way to say is that you have poor conditions, nothing is going as planned, or that you have been treated unfairly. These are all excuses on the road to surrender. I work under the circumstances, with the right attitude and not wait for a break. This is the key to my success

NEVER LOOK AT THE  PAST AS A MISTAKE

I made a lot of mistakes in the work of the agent. It was sometimes embarrassing, but I vowed to learn something new and learn from every failure. Some mistakes from our past can be excruciating, but instead of wrapping yourself in misery, look at them as an opportunity to learn something you didn’t know before. Also, pay attention to your friends and colleagues, they also make mistakes – you can learn a lot from them.

The past does not define anything, and it only prepares us for our journey of success and wisdom.

“Don’t waste time downgrading your value. Know your worth.”

NEVER “give up”

“Give up” was the only word I hadn’t heard from myself.

When you say “give up” or “can’t,” you lose control of your attitude and behavior. This shows that you have created your boundaries. When you say “give up,” you are sending a message about your fear, failure, and lack of courage to test your capabilities.

As I keep soaring, I have learnt great lessons on friendships and people who matter in our lives.I have close friends from all walks of life, who have trusted me and believed in my ability.Imagine me, a Kenyan girl, who now works in a foreign country, who is married to a great man from another country. A girl who has thrived in a country of a different language, different culture and different beliefs. A girl who has studied from different universities across the globe. It shows you the ability within us to adapt and also make relations that help in our progress despite where we come from or where we are.

I read a lot and consider that books are unique portable magic. I love the good, fine things in life. I aspire to be a woman of many fists. I believe in order to acquire knowledge one must study am always, striving for progress, not perfection. I keep my circle small, I have a few friends, a handful of close friends and a great supporting system that I call my family.

You are more than you can imagine! Today is your day, and today you will achieve your victory! If you see the goal and sweep away the obstacles, any dream can be realized in less than a year!
