PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

WHY IS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IMPORTANT FOR A PERSON AND HOW TO ACHIEVE IT

Personal development is an important thing in everyone’s life; it is a professional social and intellectual development. So everyone who wants to have a more productive life, focus on developing him/her.

Personal development in our society, where quick decisions and instant gratification are popular, there is a natural desire to find a shortcut to personal development. There is no such path … but the personal development tips below will help you get the most out of life. They fall into two categories: personal growth and perception.

5 TIPS FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

These are the five best tips for personal development that I tried myself and achieved positive results.

Don’t be obsessed with your goals (Personal Growth and Perception)

As a successful woman in almost all the fields of life, I believe in setting your goals. Yes, goals are important, but in the end, the main thing is happiness and satisfaction from achieving goals. It’s not about medals, praises, money and the like. These are all wonderful benefits, but they pale before the real reward – how great you felt on the way to achieving your goal. You may think that once you reach your goal, your life will be perfect. But what is really going on? Quite simply, a very short burst of joy and then a serious decline. After all, you think: “What now?”

The main thing is the path that you take … the main thing is feelings. When you strive to achieve your goals, you overcome the limitations that you set for yourself. It’s nice. When you have a goal, you learn to focus and control yourself. It’s nice. When you are so involved in what you are doing that time stops … it feels good. The moment of reaching the goal is pleasant, but also the moments that you experienced on the way to this goal are more pleasant.

Achievements only feel fake if you are so focused on a goal that you sacrifice everything to achieve it – health, relationships, and small momentary joys. Challenge yourself. But don’t let your goals become the meaning of life.

Be grateful! (Perception).

It is easy to be grateful for all the good things in life and even for its little lessons. But a developmental breakthrough happens when you can be truly grateful for everything. Even great difficulties can be valuable if you can learn from them.

You are the creator of your life!

Gratitude for everything means that you become a highly developed and highly conscious person. Doing meditation twice a day is also very enjoyable. You just won’t be able to give in to worry or anxiety when you say “thank you” from the bottom of your heart. Just relax and dive into Alpha with the Silva Countdown Technique, and start listing what you are grateful for. Challenge yourself to name at least 20 things you are grateful for every day. When you start, you won’t want to stop!

PERSONAL GROWTH

Decide right now that you are the creator of your life. I believe and tried myself that all the decisions you have made have brought you to where you are now (look at your home, relationship situation, career, financial situation, etc.). Even if you do not like what you have created, it is wonderful that you did it. You. Nobody else.

Everything that surrounds you, you attracted or created thanks to your choices. Don’t blame yourself for imperfect choices. For the most part, they were made unconsciously and based on relevant beliefs (most of which you have adopted without even realizing it). Your choices were perfect because they took you to where you are now … to the realization that you have incredible power. Do you understand?

As you become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and decisions, you can make significant, positive changes in your life. Start now by using the Silva Method to develop self-awareness, discover limiting beliefs, and then change the nature of your belief system. This will affect the small, day-to-day choices you make — those you think are insignificant. But, as we know, a large avalanche can form from a small snowball.

Make a choice (and develop the habit) to do something every day that makes your dreams come true. And so, step by step, everything will fall into place.

Stop talking bad about yourself.

It’s easy to complain and demean yourself in the name of “realism.”

For example … “I’m bad with mathematics,” or “I have no time to catch my breath,” or “no one believes me”. Do you see that these are self-destructive statements? They are extremely unpleasant to say, even if you believe they are true. It’s also a self-fulfilling prophecy!

Immerse yourself in meditation, sit and observe your thoughts. Pay more attention to how you talk to other people about yourself. Then change the tone of your speech and your thoughts. Try “I study math”, “I am always looking for opportunities” or “I believe in myself.” Present the thought in a positive light. It WILL ALWAYS change the way you think, make decisions and act. And voila … you start to see better results.

MEDITATE

I have mentioned meditation many time in the article because it is the most productive thing that I try daily. Combine all of this with daily meditation. It will radically change your perception of the world and allow you to achieve the maximum speed of personal growth!
